Quotations
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply if details change, including property access, volume of items or moving dates.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing or verbally with our team. We recommend customers confirm moving dates as early as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Ensure all items are packed and ready unless packing services are arranged

Inform us of any access restrictions

Declare fragile, valuable or unusual items
Liability
We are fully insured for goods in transit. However, certain items such as cash, jewellery or important documents should not be included in removals.
Damage must be reported within a reasonable timeframe following the move.
Delays
While we aim to complete all moves on schedule, delays may occur due to traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the move. Outstanding balances must be settled in accordance with agreed terms.
